What we do

We have a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK from small private commissions to larger commercial developments. We enjoy working on challenging projects of all scales, including many historic listed buildings. We pride ourselves on a high degree of attention to detail and a flair for innovative and modern design. "Daniel produced all the plans for our extension and applied for planning permission for us which was a real comfort. He guided us through the whole process, including the engineer visit and pulling together a tender. We were especially pleased that he sent the tender to 3 of his recommended builders as we had no experience of who to use in the Ripon area. In 2021 when we approached Daniel processes were delayed due to Covid so it all took quite a long time, especially with the engineers report. Daniel was always responsive during this time which was very reassuring. Fortunately the builder we chose was able to start relatively quickly and we now have a beautiful new kitchen/dining/day room extension with bi-fold doors which makes the most of the views of our garden."
